With the arrival of an new marketing strategist the Bonyan Shimi company started a campaign internally as well as externally to follow the changed market situation, the transition includes adding a export department by contracting a foreign sales office to market Bonyan Shimi's export quality products abroad and establish a dealer network abroad. A specialized domestic sales department takes care of domestic customers and is in the process of establishing a network of strategic alliances within the Islamic republic of Iran. Such a network will have two pillars

1. Include distribution companies who lack our capability to ascend from laboratory to commercial scale and manufacture products in accordance with quality specifications.
2. Specialized sales companies who can represent Bonyan Shimi's topproducts on the local market in a protected dealership.

Regardless that now actively is worked at a complete dealer network within the Islamic Republic of Iran the Bonyan Shimi's sales department remains to play an important role in the selling process and public relations of the company, Their task is not only keep the contacts but also attend exhibitions on behave of Bonyan Shimi to meet potential new customers.

The transition of the Bonyan Shimi sales department incorporates im/export, attend domestic trade fairs and expansion of the market what is being served to a broader range of branches who uses the same type of catalyzers. Bonyan Shimi is able to make those catalyzers according to customers specifications and with a more then friendly delivery time, therefore a broader targets list is being in place now.

Our historical target was the petrol-chemical industry we added, but not limited to, the Glass, Cement and Pigment and Paint industries to the target list. We at Bonyan Shimi are convinced that our products who meet high international standards and who are ahead of the domestic competition will be recognized and new customers will be found in other branches as well.
